At UNSS Official we aim to dispatch orders within up to 3 working days of the order being placed.
Orders are sent 2nd Class signed for delivery, which takes approximately 2-5 working days. Its charge is £4.50.
Please note weekends and Public Holidays are not inclusive of working days.
Delays may be possible due to busy periods.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided at the time of purchase on our website. It is the customers responsibility to provide correct delivery details. UNSS Official is not responsible or liable for orders delivered to the wrong address and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

RETURNS
Due to hygiene, we do not provide refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
At UNSS Official we aim to provide a product in the very best condition. All our items are carefully checked and packed before dispatch. In the unlikely event where the item is damaged we will provide you with an exchange, in such cases you must notify us via email at info.unsofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of your product.
You must return the item in its original packaging within 7 working days. It is the customers responsibility to pay return costs for signed form delivery to ensure the item reaches UNSS Official within this timescale.
Once the product has been received, upon inspection an exchange will be offered with the company’s discretion.
